Can i use 3/4 sec video gameplay in my preview video?

Hi,

i’m creating title pack for gamers. I’d like to know if i can use for example CS:GO or League of Legends gameplay for my background. It would be only one short example of usage (in front there would be title and in the background gameplay), no more than 3/4 sec in the whole preview video.

The length doesn’t matter… if you don’t own the copyright then you can’t use it.
