Can I sell a theme with free Elementor widgets bundled?

Hello everyone! I’m creating my first WordPress theme with Elementor, to (hopefully) sell on Themeforest. I know I can’t sell or bundle Elementor Pro, but can I include the free widgets? Like Essential Addons, Premium Addons… and any other suggestions you have would be much appreciated.

It would depend on the license of each plugin and if they allow use in commercial projects

You can use TGM plugin activation (http://tgmpluginactivation.com) and easy to require them with it.
