Can I move a purchased item to another account?
I accidentally bought 2 wordpress plugins with the wrong account.

I don’t think it’s possible. However, alternatively you could request a refund on the plugins if you haven’t downloaded them yet, and then purchase them again with the correct account.

Try contacting the author of the plugins and see if you can work something out.
