Can i animate Graphicriver items?

Hello,

I just want to know if i purchased an Graphicriver item (icons) in extended license, can i animate them and include them in a Videohive item?
If i can’t, is there any marketplace offers a license that allows me to use them in commercial use?

An Extended License by itself is not sufficient, you also need explicit permission from the author.
