Can anyone explain this?

I uploaded 3 files in the motion graphics category. It has been six days, those files are under review. But that’s not the problem; it can happen. The problem is that those files are live in the element. But In Videohive, those files are still under review. How is it possible? What is happening, I do not understand.

I have one item as well under review 6 days but appeared on Elements, yet on VideoHive doesn’t show. I contacted support regarding this. Very strange things are happening lately.
