Bought theme does not work as shown in Demo

Hi all,

I bought a new theme but somehow it does not work as shown in the demo. Even after activation the template seems to give me issues. I could not find support forum hence writing it here. I had already posted my issues earlier but got an auto-responder saying the team is busy and will take 1-7 days to respond.

Did you contact envato or the author? (Should be author)

When you say it doesn’t work - what do you mean?

WP themes don’t look like demos until you apply demo content and go through the setup process. There will be documentation that covers this
