Hi all,
I’m a newbie to the Avada theme. I’m having a lot of trouble even starting to get my website up and going using the fusion builder. I’ve included a rough draft of the format I’m trying to achieve in the hope that someone can assist in the following elements:

The photo on the right is fixed to 100% height of screen at any size computer screen (responsive)

The text in the middle scrolls independently, i.e. nothing else scrolls with it.

The navigation bar is customized to use the images etc as shown, and looks good on different size screens, i.e. has two or three different sized or is responsive.

The whole website changes to mobile layout etc when necessary, and uses a standard navigation instead of the artistic one.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
