Avada is not mobile responsive

Hi Folks, I’m having trouble with the AVADA product. It is not mobile responsive. It only shows up the “home page” with no headers.

I have checked (well, I think I have) all of the responsive sections…

Could someone please give me a “step by step” instruction on how to make it mobile responsive. I haven’t checked in on a tablet yet. Maybe I have missed something.

Cheers, thinkfeet!

Hi! This is a general ThemeForest forum. For product-specific support, please contact the author of that theme through their profile page. You can find the profile page by clicking the author avatar on the product page.

Good luck!

Hello!

It is definitely responsive, check here on any device: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/

I also checked your page above and it responds.

Are you wanting your site to look like regular desktop mode even on mobile device? If so that is actually “non-responsive” mode. You can enable/disable responsive setting in theme option > general.

However if you need further help oir want us to take a look, signup and submit at ticket. http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/free-forum-support/

Cheers!

It is definitely fully responsive. And unless you’ve made any major changes to the image settings or responsive CSS, it also passes Google’s new mobile-friendly test for the updating coming April 21st.

This thread title should really be changed…

I’ve been having a difficult time in getting two questions answered from a ticket I sent in almost a month ago. I saw that there was a 2-3 day turn around. ???

One of the issues are the mobile fonts and now I am seeing that I no longer have sliders and the entire site is just not acting right on my phone. Can someone please assist? I also tried connecting on the Facebook page and no response. I’m not sure what is going on, my understanding is that there is supposed to be 6 months of support. Thanks for your assistance, Caroline

This is not where you get official support. If you look on your dashboard you can see if you hover on the avada button: support faq which if you click on will show you how to get official support. They reference these steps: https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/getting-started/avada-theme-support/.

For anyone else having issues with mobile responsiveness:
I found out that if I make changes to anything, I have to deactivate and reactivate the fusion core and fusion builder plugins then after I do that the mobile layout works again.
