Nope, demand for high end developers is at an all-time high at moment, despite the there being more low-end guys than ever. Tech startups are having major issues attracting and retaining programmers… Anyways, lets agree to disagree 
For me, this is the first good move from Envato I have seen in a long while. I might feel different if I were selling WP themes, but since we sell only unique web application products, which are currently extremely underpriced, I can’t wait until this policy gets applied to CC.
