We’ve purchased an extended licence and 22 other s for Enfold, our clients sites have been happily auto updating we’re now getting problems due to a change in your code. Can you confirm this will be rectified in the future? We cannot expect our customers to do manual ftp updates! Please advise.
This is definitely an Enfold issue. They were using a deprecated API for their automatic updates. In fact, it was deprecated since 2015, so they had plenty of time to fix it before problems started occurring.
As of version 4.5, they are now using the proper API, so if you’re using an older version of the theme, you will need to find an alternative way to upgrade unfortunately.
