Hello, I subscribed this week for envato elements, but for every download I see reCaptcha. It’s so annoying, it takes me always minutes for every download to get through. Please help.
Yeah, they’ve gone nuts with it. Almost every download, and it’s never right on the first try. It’s ridiculous. I’m not renewing next month. There’s better sites.

Exactly, it’s so annoying, I don’t want to even use it, because it’s so annoying. I am literally getting angry because of this captcha BS.
Hi @tomasdraho and @kitthornton. Thanks for letting us know! This definitely isn’t intended behaviour - the Captcha prompts shouldn’t be appearing after each download.
Our developers are investigating this at the moment, but we haven’t been able to replicate it yet. Which operating system and browser are you using?
Windows 10, Chrome.
