I have just started with Envato Elements. After about 10 downloads the captcha pop up has started to appear. It wont let me download anything now, no matter how many times I complete the captcha.
Is this normal for this site?
The captcha seems to be working now, but it’s getting pretty frustrating doing this for every photo. As per before, is this usual for this website?

Not normal – I’ve only had this happen to me when using a VPN and changing my IP fixed it. Is it possible someone else with your IP is also using Elements?
