What exactly do you want to know about the live demo? Just post your theme on a live server and insert the url to that page on themeforest item.

Sorry, I did not explain right, but that’s exactly it … I’m still learning about this kind of thing … HostGator has this option right?
A live preview is just a link to your site/page, for this you can use any hosting servers even free ones ( don’t recommend them though). If you have wordpress theme install WordPress on a server then create your site with the theme and build some pages to show in the live preview for the users to see what your theme looks like and what functionality it has.
