Do I need download a plugin or not? because I see other video animation as effects I would see more animation very nice

I’m not entirely sure what it is you’re asking. Are you wanting to start selling videos on VideoHive? If so, then no, you don’t need any specific plugins. For stock footage, any decent camera will do. For motion graphics… you can create your work in any software and use any plugin that exports video, as long as it passes the quality review. For templates, you need to use either After Effects, Motion or C4D.
