One question … Can I use some fonts does not need google fonts, another page (download fonts) for psd themeforest?

Yes, but the website must be legitimate and not offer torrents of paid fonts. I could be wrong, but I think Dafont is a good one, just be sure to pay attention to whether the font you choose is free for personal use or for commercial use.
