1 vendor connected to 3 web site ( wolmart theme )

We have using 3 licensed wolmart in 3 different web site that use WOLMART multi-vendor, and all websites have various vendors.

Is it possible for each vendor to be connected to all 3 websites?

Example:
a.com has Vendor 1 and Vendor 2
b.com has Vendor 3
c.com has Vendor 4

Can Vendor 2 become a vendor on both b.com and c.com? Is this possible?
