I am encountering a 403 (Forbidden) error on wp-admin/admin-ajax.php when having WPBAKERY 8.1 together with ESSENTIAL GRID 3.1.6 activated so in the WPBackend som things like changing feature image etc do not work anymore.
Does somebody else have this issue and could solve it?
A 403 error usually means there’s a permission problem, an indexing issue, a coding error, or an ownership conflict. The best way to fix this is to contact the plugin author. You can do that through item support, comments, or the contact form on their CodeCanyon profile.
baevox, thanks for your reply.
The thing is that it only happens with the new version 3.1.6 of Essential Grid, while 3.1.5 does not cause the error.
I have contacted the plugin author and I hope they can resolve this issue.
same here. change or delete feature image not possible. workaround is to change to block editor everytime …
I have contacted the plugin author and they checked this problem on an test installation I made for them to check. They saw this issue and said that they will fix it. Maybe you should also contact them so they might resolve this problem faster since this happens to more people then just me.
