I have just joined to download the Dexico WP theme by Merkulove. However it has failed to install in Wordpress. Where is the Envato support for things like this? Where do I get a refund?
Check the documentation and/or contact the theme author for the support. It’s more likely you’re missing something to install the theme
May be you are trying to install the full download zip instead of the theme zip file. exactly what error are you getting?

We don’t have a Dexico WP Theme yet, but we already have a Dexico Template Kit.
