I have 6 months inclusive support with Envato, when i purchased the Avada Theme. it have the Woo-Commerce plugin, but i am unable to edit the checkout screen.
Is this what you mean by paid support.

What you need is considered as a custom modification and the support you have purchased doesn’t cover it. You will need to pay someone (to hire) to perform the changes. This is what I meant by “paid support”
