I am working on my client’s theme,he bought it form envatu

Unfortunately only the purchasing account will be able to talk to the author.

Initial options would be:

  • make sure WordPress and the theme are both up to date, as well as potentially hosting php.

  • clear the browser cache

  • try disabling plugins esp any which didn’t come with the theme and see what impact that has
