Who can help me with Imogen thame problems?

Hi i have problem with thame. I add a demo content. I use pages from protfolio (Justified and four column wide), and from pages (about us, out team).
In portfolio page we have " Products" (page name) and Home (acces path).screen 1
In Pages page i dont have name of page ind acces path. screen 2

How delete page name and acces page for portfolio page look like page about us with out that thing.
