Kiathemes - The company sold Listfly, a directory theme, they claim to give a 3 day free support. The downloaded theme pack has an incomplete documentation and installation guide. The links are broken, even on their demo site.
When you create a ticket to get customer service, the link is dead. The live chat tells you to email their tech group, but asks you how many days already, if you say less than 3 days, their tech team will not reply until the 3 days is up.
They then will sell you extended customer support for $ 60, why will you buy if even on their 3 days, no customer support is given.
Check their live demo, their links are dead, those are the same files they will send.
Sales said all the other demo sites are all included, nope, dead links.
I guess all their testimonials are fake ones… even this inquiry.
