Seven+ days 
Ok we all know what will be review time in next one week (maybe two)…There is a difference in 1/2 days on reviews…And also, we all know that weekend is lower traffic then usual and most of us want our items get aprooved at start of the week…It’s very unstable and hard to know WHEN our items gonna be aprooved when it takes long time like now…Im trying to fit the aproval for monday/tuesday…It’s very hard…

What Cyberwave said, there’s some reviewers away from work right now so the queue will probably get even longer, and stay that way for a couple of weeks.

For Envato, it doesn’t really matter if the review queue is 2 days or 7 days or whatever. It’s not meaningful thing for them to do to pay for more people just to make the queue shorter. It’s just something that we have to live with It’s business and businesses tend to minimize expenses that don’t really matter.
