What happens when author does not respond to support?

I bought a template from the author amentotech called houzillo and the plugin used to import all the demo content as described, did not appear in the content available for download (incomplete)!!! I tried different ways and I’ve been waiting for a response for 3 days. I wrote to envato and the author, and no response. I need to continue with my project. How to make? Thanks a lot for any help!

Hi,

If the author don’t respond then you can ask for refund.

If you are eligible to get a refund then you can request for a refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explanation of the refund policy.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I´ll try this, because until today the author didnt answer my question and don´t solve the problem with the incomplete template… :S
