Web Under Construction Manager
Web Under Construction Manager is a simple and easy to use Web Maintenance Notification System. This is complete solution for Under Construction Page when you do maintenance of your web sites. And this is not a template for under construction page, but this is a Web Under Construction Manager script where you can create a miantenance page and edit them using WYSIWYG Editor or Code Editor and redirect user to that page when you do maintenance at your web site. Technically this is for 302 HTTP Status Redirector. This use RewriteCond function in mode_rewrite functions to refrain users viewing your web site. So your server should support mode_rewrite or simple .htaccess functions. All the files written in flat files so no database is required.
