Hello Guys,
We are starting a company which is mainly for metered water supplies around our town.

we are looking to have a water billing system which is capable of receiving customers bills,updating current meter readings,sending sms to customers about outstanding bills and ofcourse accounts management.If anyone can get hold of me the soonest,i would appreciate.

I don’t think you’d be able to find “out-of-box” solution as it’s a quite personal project and depending on your budget, you may be able to get some custom work done
