Want to develop a site with these basic features, please help

Hi,

I want to develop a site (in wordpress or blogger or anything) with link rotation feature. I mean

  • A visitor will come to my site
  • He will see some random links (out of 1000 of my pre defined links)
  • He will get redirected to any of the link he clicks (suppose link x)
  • Next time he will see other links (other than the link x)
  • link x will appear again after 60 minutes along with other random links

please suggest me resources to build such site.

That don’t sound like something you would find out of the box on a stock site but it’s not especially complex and you could almost certainly find a freelancer on www.studio.envato.com to create the functionality to add to a theme
