VISA option doesn't show up while purchasing

I’m trying to buy this theme https://themeforest.net/item/molla-ecommerce-html5-template/25119280 but VISA option doesn’t show up, it only shows Paypal and Skril. Even though I have used the VISA to purchase another theme (blackery theme) today morning.

Same here. Nobody helps to solve this problem. We do not have PayPal and Skrill account, it is very common situation. Also PayPal was forbidden in our country. Last month I could purchase with my credit card only but this time there is not credit card option while checking out. We want to purchase things, but we could not.
