Hi,
i get no support for this template: https://themeforest.net/item/clkrop-multipurpose-pure-business-and-corporate-html5-template/23412850

In template is a video magnific-popup. http://thesharthee.com/tf/clkrop-preview/clkrop/index4.html

In downloaded template it doesn’t work.
The video will not be loaded. The frame ist black an empty…

thanks for your reply. The author is not answering.
I have not received any response to multiple requests (via email, contact form and comments). That’s why I hired the post office for help here.

Any idea?

Mixed content blocking error in your page. one more try you can try with 

http://
or 
https://

In your page url in both format with and without 

https://

So, please replace all (in header for font you have used 
https://
) 
https://
with 
//
mean remove all 
https:
from your page. so that all url can work as the same format. Please keep a backup of the file before making any change. Hope it will work for you.

When you click on the play button and the video pop up loads, the browser gives warning that this page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources.

Visit your website in Chrome,
click on this icon on the right in the address bar: image
After clicking the icon:
in the little pop up click Load unsafe scripts (or it says something similar)
and your video pop up is going to work.
This is definitely not the solution yet, but you get a little closer what is happening right now…

What can you do?

  • Make sure you uploaded everything as provided by the author,

  • Read this article in Chrome help: Manage warnings about unsafe sites

  • And finally scroll to the end of the page and see “My site or software is marked dangerous” part, there is a link for site owners to request a review.

Furthermore it would need to dig a little deeper to find out what happens.

First of all:
I encourage you to set up a test site in a new folder with the original files uploaded and test it by changing only this part of your site and see if it works. It might give the answer how to proceed.

Hello everybody,
i have now come one step further. But I could not clear the mistake yet.

The Google Chrome Console displays this error:

jquery-1.12.0.min.js:3 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://immo-dm.de/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource ‘http://www.youtube.com/embed/Sv511KEiIJQ?autoplay=1’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Your site runing ssl(HTTPS) so all resource url should be secure HTTPS.
So I think if you replace all

https:// and http://
with // 
mean url should look like //player.vimeo.com/

should solve your issues.
Also you are using very old version 1.12.0 jquery where latest version 3.4.1

I have changed all url to //
The query is now 2.2.4 because the other scripts on site does not work with 3.4.1

The error ist alwas the same…
