Over the next month, Envato’s marketing team will be launching 3 dedicated email campaigns featuring a selection of free and discounted files.
All of the campaigns will be sent to an engaged list of subscribers, across all marketplaces (ThemeForest, GraphicRiver, VideoHive, etc).
We’re after a wide selection of both free and discounted files and would like to see nominations relating to:
Essential, time-saving web tools
Templates
Branding
Animation
Interactivity
Video
Social media & community
Marketing
eCommerce
If chosen, your discounted item will be promoted with the discount applicable based on the price of your item as of 5pm on Friday 10 February AEDT (“Original Price”).
By nominating for this promotion, you are choosing to set your price to 40% of its Original Price, for a 7-day period from time of campaign launch. The included buyer fee will not change, and more information on how to calculate prices with buyer fees is available here.

What’s in it for me?
We’ll feature you in 1 of 3 email-exclusive campaigns! More than 600k subscribers will receive notice of your free and discounted files and be directed to your item/portfolio.
When is it going to run?
Each campaign will include 1 email send, with files featured as free and discounted for a 7-day period. All sends will be launched within the month of February.
What’s the process?
Put your nominations below and add a link to your items (you must be the author of the items). The items we promote will be randomly selected from eligible submissions.
We will be in touch if your items are selected for the promotion, and changes will be applied automatically for all items featuring in the campaign. You of course remain free to set whatever price you wish, at whatever time. You might want to leave a discount in place after the promotion or to manually return your price to its original level. The choice is yours.
Criteria for selection
In order to be considered, you must submit 1 free file nomination and 1 discount file nomination (please clearly indicate which file is which).
Both items must meet the following criteria:
You must be the author of the files you’re submitting
The files must have at least 5 sales each
The files should relate to the categories we’ve listed above in this post
We retain sole discretion over the files we promote, and we may change the content and format of the promotion (including which files are promoted) during the promotion in order to ensure it remains fresh and generally irresistible to recipients.
What if I want to withdraw my nomination?
No problem. If you change your mind after nominating, simply flag your comment and let us know that you want to withdraw your item from consideration.
