using free css framework for selling projects

Can I use the UIKIt or Material Design for Bootstrap (free v) for my selling projects ??

Not without considerable modification and only if the license permits it

You can’t buy one of the UI kits and just compile a site using their blocks

This is a license of the Uikit … can I use it for selling projects without limitation and without considerable modification ?

Look like it but it would still need to make necessary modifications to it, style it appropriately etc

yes . I will use my style with main of this framework but without changing main code of it .
