User Account Activation and other issues

Dear Support team, I have a couple of issues with my theme, of which I need urgent help.

  1. WordPress Header Bar showing even when logged out.

  2. No confirmation emails received when new users signup. This makes it impossible for new users to activate their accounts, and be able to login.

  3. Admin does not receive any notification of new signups.

  4. Admin has no option to approve, ban, suspend, or disable accounts.

  5. No option to export users database.
