It is possible to use framework herbert for a wordpress plugin item codeCanyon?

I tried using it but it wasn’t working, and from what I’ve seen it’s no longer maintained
I’d like to use it, bc I’m a Laravel developer, and using Laravel architecture in a WP plugin is a great way to go.

Thanks so there is no other framework to create plugins more simply?
I found WordPress Fuel.

Its not possible to use any Plugin, which is developed for any specific Framework or CMS because those are having programming language difference and folder structure.

Please explain the functionality you want.
