Use of themes in open-source projects

Hello,

I’m thinking about getting a theme for a open-source project I’m working on. Is that possible? Can the files be publicly shared on GitHub?

The project in question is a admin dashboard, so I would be buying an admin dashboard theme on themeforest.

The theme in question is Vuexy - Vuejs, React - Next.js, HTML, Laravel & Asp.Net Admin Dashboard Template by PIXINVENT

If this is possible, what license could I need to have on GitHub and would it be possible to buy just the Regular license?
