URGENT - My purchase code is not working for WP Import EXport

I have updated my purchase code in the website. But when I tried to import it is showing an error "Please Activate Plugin Purchase Code from WP Imp Exp => Settings "
But is already activated. Could anybody please help me to sort out this issue ASAP??
