No - the subscription is for www.elements.envato.com
Some items are on both there and the main marketplaces like CodeCanyon, but some are exclusive to one or the other

You would just have to search unfortunately. FYI there are less PHP scripts etc. as a category on elements compared to others like WP themes etc.
That one for example is not there
Bear in mind also that marketplace purchases e.g from CodeCanyon comes with 6 months support, updates etc. Elements downloads do not - so depending on how you plan to use an item it may be a better option to get the main copy.
