I Uploaded this item for two times and made many changes and every time i got this rejection , why ?

I personally (not a reviewer) don’t really see value in items like this when there are already do many very credible and validated options out there from major news or official sources.

I don’t think your execution is bad - I am just not certain of the suitability of this type of item to a stock marketplace

I saw many plugins in codecanyon used the same data api for coronavirus – check https://codecanyon.net/tags/covid – all used the same data

I can only suggest you look at al the features that are already for sale like multiple language support etc and make sure that your can match those

There are also some elements/graph/pie charts that could be executed better on mobile
