It will not work like that what you want cause it’s html template not WordPress Theme.
HTML template not like that worked ever.
if you want to use that template then you have to convert it into WordPress Theme.

If you look at this themeforest search: https://themeforest.net/search/yolia you will find there the WordPress version too, if you need the WordPress version.

I understand but this is worst support of Envato. once they refund money, I am going to buy the wordpress theme
