Bought a number of plug-ins a year ago but have since changed tld to my domain. Would be grateful for details on how to transfer the licence from my old tld to the new one. There is just one webesite, only change is the tld.

You should check the documentation of each plugin you use on your current website. If you can’t find how to de-register and register the license (transfer), then you should contact each plugin’s author and ask how to do this.
