Theme Roxxe Author/ Support Team not responding for 7 days

I Recently Purchased a Shopify Roxxe Theme But the Main File product-card. Liquid is missing. I am trying to contact the theme author and generate an author support ticket, and direct mail to the author. but No Response. Can Anybody know how I can find this file in Shopify or how I can quickly contact my Theme Author?

Authors are tricking many buyers , i am also stuck in one ticket like these, envato team is very slow in this. Try to check if author has provided any other contact info other than email. If not then user refund option then author come back to you directly.

my whole website is deindexed due to this file. i shifted my store from another store to Shopify. i Purchased this theme sadly.

Go to Download page on your ThemeForest account and Download “ALL Files ZIP”
Inside of that, there supposed to be another ZIP file that you’d need to upload Shopify as theme. Probably either you have purchased non-Shopify version or you’re uploading the wrong file

i did this. In the zip file this file already missing.

If the author is not responding, request a refund and find another theme.
Meanwhile, post the comments to the item page the file is broken and report the item to Envato for removal
