The "Preview Changes" feature in Version 5.2.1 does not display the correct formatting etc.

The preview changes feature in version 5.2.1 of the enfold theme does not display the correct formatting, fonts, colors etc.
If you compare the the live page and preview source codes, you can see that the link to a css file is missing.
This is the missing link in the preview version:

Note: I've replaced our website name in the link with "WEBSITE".
