I am honoured to be a part of this forum with a lot of professional webb developers.
I am pretty new to webb development and use mainly elementor to build websites. I have tried different type of strategies to create animations but never found a good way. Do you guys know how to create this kind of effect behind the text they do on this website?

As you can see it also is depending on the way you move your mouse towards it.
I would be so thankful if someone could help me find out a way to create that effect.
