I Recently uploaded the Codenoew | Bootstrap HTML Template But it got rejected Due to quality standards. Please Let Know What are the error so that i will fix them and avoid those next time

I have saw your item you need to improve your item design quality that is most important thing in your item also you have to improve your item spacing & alignment, Typographic Hierarchy, Visual Hierarchy etc.

Already lot of good design are approved on market you have to make more good quality/unique.
Study and research about themeforest quality item.
