SOFT Reject my HTML template

Hi there!
My HTML template has a soft reject. These comments from reviewer are not clear for me

SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section.

TYPOGRAPHY: The template’s overall typography isn’t yet ready. It needs improvements in the styles it offers and general visual hierarchy.

READABILITY: Parts of your design are either difficult to read or have contrast issues. Please make sure all sections of your design have adequate contrast and all text is easily readable on all devices.

Please have look at my HTML and give me some advices for improvement. Especially for readability and typography, I have no idea what is wrong

Making NavMenu Opacity be .9 or .95 will be good.

Readability Issues. (Lorem Ipsum) Text color.

Bad Animation Transitions on Team Section.

and there typography issues as they mentioned. (google it to get more info on typography)
