ANS They are talking about your thumbnail and preview image that need to improve resolution.

  1. Please refer to this item as a template, not a theme

ANS You must write somewhere theme change with Template with that word ( Theme )

  1. Please only submit a single unique design per item

ANS They are talking about to submission with single layout with unique design.

Hey, @designcreatick I think you are confused about the second point.

Ohk so the solution is don’t create too much design style for a single template, that makes your template inconsistent and the user who wanna buy your template confuse between so many pages, the different pages is okay but make just one design for each page.

Check this template so you will get a better idea.

You can’t change a few colours and images, rearrange a few snippets and then submit someone else’s work - it is utterly disrespectful and a complete waste of your own and the reviewers’ time.
