I purchased a Slider Revolution Plugin through CodeCanyon for my WP website. I have two questions:

  1. I tried to use the KEY provided by CodeCanyon to Register the software but it doesn’t work and will not register.

  2. Got a message from CodeCanyon that an update for the software is available and to download it. Should I download the WP installable files only and how do I install them?

Any help will be appreciated.

As for updating the plugin, you can update it directly on the plugin dashboard once it’s activated or manually through FTP method as explained here
