You have to contact with item author slider as a plugin hope author will.
If you purchased Slider separately then you have to get in touch with slider author.

Thanks for using Slider Revolution. Yes, that’s how it works. Using the “Slider Revolution Blank Template” will give you a blank page. This is normally used with “Content Block Template” as explained here https://www.themepunch.com/faq/setup-content-blocks-template/ .
