hello, concerning some multipurpose WP themes here in themeforest, i’m wondering are all the demo sites developed one by one ? Question 2 : if i buy a WP multipurpose theme, will i find all the demos in pack or how it works ? Please someone can give me a broader explanation about this. Thank you

probably if the theme demos are present in the live demo you will get all the demos but before purchasing I would recommend you to ask the seller or double confirmation but most everything is present in the download package which is show in the live demo link.
