Second Soft Rejection, Need Some Advice

Hi!

I uploaded my wordpress theme a second time and get another soft rejection without clear answer, but now I got screenshots.
Here it is:

  1. In the previous review, we asked for significant improvements in terms of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Sorry to say but the made changes are not enough, more improvements in the following areas are needed:

  • An overall design quality

  • Visual hierarchy and aesthetics

  • Typography

  • Forms and buttons

  • More attention to details

  • Better design consistency

  • An overall spacing

  • Color contrast and schemes

Keep on improving please, don’t rush and submit when everything is addressed. Provided screenshots are examples only, not all that needs to be improved with your theme.

Hi,
With respect the design is not good enough to approved. maybe you do not understand the market trend. Please compare your work in terms of design and aesthetics with the latest accepted items. You need to work hard to approved this type of design. Try to fix all the issue one by one otherwise don’t submit it again.

Do you mean it’s better to give up with the theme and start to work on another?
I understand that the work it’s not good enough and has maybe old type of design.
Can you give at least one reason why this theme is so bad?

Hi,
Reviewer already mention everything how can you fix all the issue. Reviewer not showing you all the issue but you need to figure out all the issues and solves one by one. Please check few screenshot link below

Since it was just soft rejected, it would be a shame to abandon it. You just need to improve it further.
Review already gave you VERY detailed feedback. You can’t expect somebody will hand hold you through every pixel of you design and will tell you what and how exactly to change things. You need to figure it yourself. I mean you are supposed to be a designer, right?
Typography and spacing (like always in this type of threads) needs much more work. Take some inspiration in some top quality similar designs. You do not have to reinvent the wheel, all the knowledge you need is already out there. You just need to open your mind (and eyes) to it.
As the reviewer said, don’t rush, take your time. This is not something you can learn overnight.

Now I see what reviewer mean.
It’s my first work, so I can’t understand a lot of things.

About logo don’t worry, I removed it and forgot about it.

In team member block, what’s not good?
The image is overlaying the text, right? And what else? Negative spaces?

Hi,
I can not meant that you avoid the theme and star with another. it better to fix all the issues one by one as the reviewer mention. It helps you a lot to your next project if you fix all the issue.
