Hey there. If you’re talking about what the reviewers do after a soft reject is fixed, they do check the entire item again, to check if the new fixes didn’t affect the integrity of the item. In some case, where this is not necessary they don’t, for example, a soft reject because the lack of a documentation.

They have probably sent an email about the things that you need to fix. Refer that email, perform the changes and re-submit
